The primary role of the Advisor is to guide the graduate student in matters related to the studies and the possibilities offered by the postgraduate program. Each consultant professor is responsible for 4-6 students of the direction in which his course belongs. The Study Advisor provides the students with the necessary support and advisory assistance, so that they can meet their obligations, direct themselves towards the appropriate academic content and cope with the requirements imposed by their studies in the postgraduate program.
The consultant's duties include:
- Providing advisory assistance for the composition of their curriculum.
- Providing advisory assistance for the selection of their thesis supervisor professor.
- Providing information about academic actions and encouragement for their scientific presence at academic events, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Providing career information and guidance.
- Facilitating accessibility in University procedures.
Students are advised to communicate about all the above topics with their advisors in the in-person courses, during the advisors' scheduled cooperation hours, and electronically.
